What is the 'Queue'?

The 'Queue', as referred to within an integrated health and wellness system, refers to an employee that could be scheduled for multiple services within one visit to the clinic.

The employee is treated by the system as a member of a queue, i.e. s/he is registered as a case into the electronic queue, and assigned to one or more services within the clinic.


  • Attach one or more services to an employee or client
  • Display the client only to those services selected
  • Notify supervisor when the Queue has been serviced (except if confidential)
