Data is imported from pre-formatted Excel® spreadsheets that are populated by the organisation’s HR system.

The spreadsheet forms the basis of importing constantly changing data from any HR system that contains the data required for HealthQ to run efficiently.

Data displayed on screen for the majority of components can be exported to Excel® for selective manipulation and reporting outside the system. This enables sharing of HealthQ data with people that require the information but have no access to the system.
